Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely and transparently. This policy explains order processing times, shipping methods, delivery timelines, charges, failed-delivery procedures and how to raise delivery complaints.

  • Orders are processed within [1–3] business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding public holidays).
  • The processing period begins after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or after order confirmation (for COD).

Note: If an item is custom-made or out of stock or requires verification, we will notify you by email/phone with an updated dispatch estimate.

  1. Shipping methods & carriers
  • We ship via trusted courier partners: [e.g., Professional Courier, Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, India Post etc.].
  • Shipping method for each order will be selected based on product size, weight and destination. You will receive a courier name and tracking number when your order ships.
  1. Delivery timelines
  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: typically [2–5] business days after dispatch.
  • Other cities / rural areas: typically [5–10] business days after dispatch.
  • For remote locations, or during peak seasons (festivals, sales), delivery may take longer — we will notify you if there is an expected delay.

These are target timelines. Actual delivery depends on courier performance, weather, strikes and force-majeure events. If delivery is late for reasons within our control, contact our office. The E-Commerce Rules require clear display of delivery/shipment information.

  1. Shipping charges
  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout and will be mentioned on the bill as: Shipping & handling charges.
  • Free shipping thresholds (if any): Free shipping on orders above ₹1,00,000.
  • COD/collection charges (if applicable): Will be mentioned to you after order confirmation.
  1. Taxes & customs
  • All prices are inclusive of GST as shown on product pages. Any import/customs duties for cross-border purchases are payable by the customer and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
  1. Tracking your order
  • After dispatch you will receive an email/SMS with courier name and tracking number. Use the tracking link to follow delivery updates.
  1. Failed delivery / incorrect address
  • If courier attempts delivery and fails due to incorrect address/recipient unavailable, courier will attempt redelivery as per their policy. Repeated failed attempts may result in return to us.
  • If the order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or non-availability, we will contact you for reshipment. Shipping charges for reshipment will apply unless the error was ours.
  1. Damaged, missing or wrong items (on delivery)
  • Inspect items on delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, note it in the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging & product.
  • For missing/wrong/damaged items, raise a complaint within [48 hours] of delivery to info@harvestent.in and provide order ID, photos and courier details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and investigate and will be addressed/solved within 15-30 days.
  1. Returns, cancellations & refunds (summary)
  • Cancellation before dispatch: Customers may cancel prepaid orders before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Cancellation after dispatch: Orders already shipped may be cancellable subject to courier return and our return policy. Shipping charges / COD charges may apply as per product category.
  • Return window: Returns are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Non-returnable items (perishables, intimate products, sealed software, personalized goods) will be clearly marked on the product page.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds (for valid returns/cancellations) will be initiated within 3-7 business days of receipt/acceptance of returned goods and completed per payment gateway/bank timelines. (Most refunds are processed within 7–15 business days depending on the payment method.)
  1. Return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), return shipping will be borne by Harvest Enterprise.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, return shipping will be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  1. Lost shipments
  • If tracking shows lost/delayed beyond carrier’s normal timelines, contact us with the order ID. We will initiate a claim with the courier and either reship the item or refund you if the item is confirmed lost, per our claim outcome.
  1. Force majeure / exceptional delays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, customs delay or other force-majeure events. We will notify affected customers and provide updated ETAs.

Per law, we will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and try to resolve within 30 days. If not satisfied with our resolution, customers can approach the consumer forum/appropriate authority.
